Returns

We are unable to accept returns on made to order items unless they are significantly not as described.  We are unable to offer  refunds or returns/exchanges on custom made items ie items made to your specific instruction be that fabric, colour, size or any other variation requested.. Any item where there is a turnaround time is a made to order item.  Please ensure you order the correct size and please contact us before ordering if you have any queries whatsoever. 

Where the item being returned is a ready to wear item IE with no turnaround time we will refund if the item has arrived damaged or is significantly not as described.  In the event that you do not like the item then we are happy to offer an exchange/ credit note.  Any refund / exchange / credit note will take into account our costs if the item was ordered under free shipping. 

All items are checked and photographed before dispatch and in the rare event of an item being significantly not as described then please contact us for a return number. All parcels must be returned using a recorded delivery method and should be returned to the following address – 33 Brookdene Road Unsworth Bury, Greater Manchester BL9 8ND United Kingdom. Please include your full name and address, email and details of the exchange or refund and your return number.

If an item is sent unrecorded and is lost in the postal system then RitaNoTiara accepts no responsibility and will not be able to issue any refund or exchange.

Unless there is a fault with the item then customers will be liable for all extra postage costs.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed and unaltered with the tags still attached. If an item is deemed to have been worn or altered in any way a refund will not be issued nor an exchange given.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. This does not include any items that have been personalised or made to personal specifications. Any RitaNoTiara item with a turnaround time is a made to order item and non returnable.  If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch then a 40% charge for the work done will be made. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Refunds

Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place order.
